ZAOKON RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
RETURNS POLICY Need to return something to ZAOKON? Not a problem. We will gladly take back any item that is still in the condition you recived it in. Send the unwashed and unworn item back with the tags still on it postmarked 30 days from the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days to process the return. We can not refund your shipping fees, however if we shipped the wrong item or the item was damaged we'll cover the shipping both ways. Currently our only return option is Return On Your Own. EXCHANGES Exchanging items purchased from ZAOKON is simple. Please call 503.467.8901 and place your order for the item(s) you need to exchange for the original for. We will refund your account when we receive the original item back from you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS Need to cancel an online order? Please call 503.467.8901 as soon as possible. We'll do the best we can to stop the order. Please keep in mind our goal is to get you your product as soon as possible so once the order has reached the shipping stage it can not be cancelled.
